I’m Ian “Redders” Redfern, founder of Go Beyond Your Limits. With over 30 years of service in the British Army, I’ve seen first-hand what true leadership, resilience, and unity can achieve.

I’m backed by a handpicked team of coaches, all ex-military, each one bringing their own wealth of experience and the same core values. We’re cut from the same cloth. Disciplined, driven, and passionate about helping you become the best version of yourself.
