MILITARY FIT
Our Military Fit sessions are where we build serious engine power. Located at our base in CrossFit Loughborough, we make full use of top-notch kit — Think rowers, kettlebells, barbells, ski ergs and more to develop strength, stamina, and all-round fitness.
Expect a mix of high-intensity circuits and functional movements designed to push you BEYOND YOUR LIMITS.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, fitter, and ready for anything.
GREEN/BATTLE PT
Our outdoor sessions are all about making the most stunning scenery while putting your body through its paces. Using mostly bodyweight moves like burpees, squats, press-ups with the occasional kettlebell, sandbag, or resistance band thrown in, these sessions hit your strength and cardio in one go.
The best part? Watching the sun rise while you train 😍 it’s energising, uplifting, and the perfect start to your day.
ORIENTEERING
Our Orienteering sessions take your training off the beaten track. Using local training areas, we mix intervals, fartlek runs, sprints, and point-to-point challenges to build speed, stamina, and mental sharpness.
It’s not just about running, it’s about navigating terrain, pushing your limits, and adapting on the move, just like in real military training.
Every session keeps you guessing, keeps you engaged, and leaves you stronger for the next challenge.
LOADED CARRY
Think of this as active recovery with purpose. Bring a ruck loaded with anything from a water bottle to a weight plate and join us for a purposeful walk.
Loaded Carries build strength in your core, back, and legs while improving posture and endurance.
It’s lower impact, but don’t be fooled! it works muscles you didn’t know you had. Plus, it’s a great chance to train alongside your crew at a steadier pace.
RUN & BECOME
Run & Become is designed to take your running to the next level.
These sessions focus on technique, speed work, and endurance to help you run smarter, faster, and further.
With expert coaching and a supportive team by your side, you’ll build confidence, improve efficiency, and unlock the runner you’ve always wanted to be.
